This puppy is sold as companion only.

 

Internal and external parasites like giardiasis, coccidia, mange, mites, worms, seizures, allergies, anxiety, urinary tract and ear infections, any dental work including under/overbite, base narrow canines, entropion, undescended testicles, umbilical hernias, hernias, soft/innocent heart murmurs, patella 1 grade, any GI problems and any kind of cancer are not covered. Buyer has 72 hours after receiving their puppy to have him/her examined by a licensed veterinarian. If your puppy is found to be seriously ill (life threatening) within this time period, you may request a full refund after you email us written proof from a licensed veterinarian to my veterinarian. The puppy will be returned to us at buyers expense. Puppy must be returned within 24 hr of veterinarian exam. This health guarantee in all parts will be terminated immediately if the puppy is not examined within the allotted time. You are responsible for spaying or neutering said puppy within 8 months from date of birth. Therefore it is illegal for you to sell or give the puppy to anyone until the puppy is spayed or neutered. There is no guarantee against negligence or injury. We offer a 24 month guarantee from the puppy's date of birth to the original owner for moderate to severe genetic hip dysplasia ONLY. Puppy may stay on PET INSURANCE during this time. We will reimburse you up to 50% of puppy purchase price. You do not have to return the puppy. We are a small home breeder, this reimbursement could take up to twelve (12) months. Written documentation from your licensed veterinarian is required, as well as OFA & X-rays which are needed to diagnose moderate to severe hereditary genetic Hip Dysplasia. A copy of digital X-rays can be sent to AngelView via email. The x-rays have to be taken by a Veterinarian that knows how to position the dog for x-ray. Not all veterinarians know how to do this and we reserve the right for a 2nd opinion.

 

The buyer agrees to provide the following:

• proper exercise, diet & general care

• adequate & humane environment, accommodations & shelter

• regular veterinary care - including checkups, worming, treatment for illnesses/injuries, vaccinations and any other medical care

• appropriate lifetime training and socialization, which significantly contributes to the ultimate temperament & reliability of the dog 

 

 

Buyer agrees not to overwork or strain the puppy. Jumping up and down off of tailgates/furniture, running up and down stairs and running long distances with your puppy in their growth stage can be very harmful to their joints. We highly recommend that you keep your puppy on TLC Whole Life Dog Food. Puppy should under no circumstances be allowed to become overweight or sit in a crate all day. We require that you have your puppy spayed/neutered within 8 month of their birth date or this health guarantee is terminated and you will owe us a breeding fee of $eight thousand dollars. No oral flea/tick/heart worm meds (Heart Gard only) and wondercide.com spray/yard treatment or guarantee is void. I encourage my clients to take a very holistic approach to food and vaccinations - a raw diet is the best. Overuse of meds and vaccines can cause permanent damage to the puppy. Studies on Hip Dysplasia have shown most Hip Dysplasia is environmental and due to puppies getting too much exercise or a bad diet. I DO NOT keep your puppy on a slick surface while they are in my care. Tile and hardwood flooring while easy to clean is bad for puppies. Stairs are very bad for puppies to climb up and down as well.

 

All of our puppies are sold as pet, therapy/companion only. No lawsuit or litigation should ever be made against Angel View Doodles LLC or Margit Box. We DO NOT guarantee color, size, temperament, coat, levels of shedding, etc. Deviations from this contract can and may be pursued by us through our attorney as a breach of contract. Any dispute between Seller and Buyer will be handled in the State of Alabama in Blount-County. Buyer is responsible for all court costs. If you are a first time puppy owner please be aware of "normal" puppy behaviors such as chewing, nipping, jumping, running, barking and periods of high energy. These behaviors are typical and should never be considered a fault. With maturity of the dog, proper training, patience and commitment from you, these undesirable behaviors will soon pass with proper training and you will have your perfect family companion!

 

We do not sell puppies on a trial basis, so you must consider what you/your family will do if any allergy or temperament issues arise after the purchase of the puppy. We may take the puppy back pending available space, but no refund will be offered. Under no circumstance shall Angel View Doodles LLC be liable to the buyer or any third party for any consequential, or special damages resulting from any manner related to the puppy/dog. Upon receipt of the puppy all veterinary care & its associated costs are sole & exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Giardia and Coccidia are very common intestinal parasites in puppies, for that reason please have your vet run a test on first visit. Giardia & Coccidia is NOT covered by our health guarantee. Teeth alinements usually correct once puppy loses baby teeth but is not guaranteed.
